This is a client led role working within Domestic Gas for a gas contractor who service, repair and maintain gas services for domestic properties. The role is to oversee both the Operational Services with Technical managers reporting to you and overseeing the office activities including administration and call centre with the office manager reporting in to you.
The main function of the role is to act as a liason/ relationship Manager to Local Authorities/ RSL on behalf of the contractor so experience in Business development, client liason as well as a proven track record of commercial management within response/ reactive maintenance is essential and even more preferable if you have additional gas experience.
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the job holder will be responsible for the overall management of all branch activities and for creating strong relationships with the clients. Providing a customer-focussed service delivery to ensure that all client and tenant needs are met, according to service level agreements and branch KPIs. The jobholder will have full P&L responsibility for the operation and delivery of budgeted financial performance information will be expected.
It is expected that the majority of the job holder’s time will be spent office-based and travelling to and from client meetings.
