Social Housing Jobs : Business Development Manager - Leatherhead - £50,000 - £65,000 plus benefits/ bonus
Urgently required! A proven Business Development Manager who has current experience working with RSLs, Local Authorities, and Housing Associations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for winning new business and building a close rapport with customers and clients principally within the social housing sector but also with other “on strategy” clients in other sectors.
Also will operate in a challenging and stimulating environment, where the focus is on shaping and selling compelling business solutions and service propositions for the companies clients and prospects.
This is a direct sales role which involves regular contact with clients. As well as targeting new clients, the role will also encompass supporting existing account management, the post holders will be responsible for working with the Client Relationship Managers to forge strong relationships with and win new business with the organisations existing client base.
The position requires to build and maintain a new client base primarily in the London and South East areas and will be expected to meet stretching sales goals while maintaining standards of integrity, innovation and outstanding customer value provision.
