My client who has an excellent name with Social Housing Maintenance are currently looking for experienced Bid Managers to work from their Hertfordshire Office.
The job will involve business development and presentation of bids to RSLs, Social Landlords and Housing Associations trying to win long term contracts in response / reactive maintenance and refurbishment/ Decent homes schemes of domestic properties.
The ideal candidate will have previous Bid Management experience for Social Housing Contractors and have a proven track record in winning works.
