A Major Civil Engineering Contractor with a turnover in excess of £3billion are looking for experienced quantity surveyors at all levels based in the Midlands and London and the South East offices. All projects are major Civil engineering schemes ranging up to the value of £150m. The successful candidate will have worked for a main civil engineering contractor, have expeirence on civil engineering projects and be qualified at HNC/D level. Duties will include: Cost and Value management, Assist with preparation, maintenance and agreement of Project accounts, Assist with providing commercial and financial reporting information, Subcontract procurement and management, Assist with claims management, Assist with control of project documentation and Recording and assisting with management of change. As well as a Competitive salary you will receive a company car or allowance and company health care.
