My client has instructed us to find a well qualified Quantity Surveyor to work within their utility sector - the ideal candidate will of had experience in the electrical side of utilities.

Provide commercial support to the Sector
Supervise other commercial staff as appropriate. Ensuring reports are motivated and efficient in their duty.
Review tender/contract documentation
Raise sub-contract orders
Manage the subcontract account
Check and pay sub-contractors accounts
Prepare and submit invoices/applications in a timely manner
Negotiate final accounts
