Senior Quantity Surveyor urgently required for an established developer working within the Essex Region.
Schemes will be large mixed developments comprising of townhouses and flats with some commercial properties too.
The ideal candidate will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience of working with a housing developer and have some kind of professional qualification within Quantity Surveying.
