Senior Land & Planning Manager urgently required for a well known Residential Developer based in and developing land in the Essex region.
Responsibilities will include undertaking Land Purchase, excercise and negotiate contracts ready for agreement and completion by the Land and Planning Director as well as monitoringland activity and reacting to any purchasing opportunities that may arise.
