Architectural Planner urgently required for mixed specification developer working throughout the home counties, anglia and South East regions.
Sites will vary in size from 5 - 400 units.
An experienced Architectural Planner is required, an individual who has the necessary design skills, design flair, feasibility experience and who can work the drawings within this busy Design/ Technical team.
This role would suit someone who is ambitious and eventually would wish to progress to a Technical/ Design Manager role within this expanding developer.
