Rail : Site Manager / Agent South East £38 - 45,000 + pkg
Quality Civil Engineering and Construction Main Contractor seek Network Rail experienced Site Managers for multi-disciplinary station projects throughout the South East. Projects consists of station refurbishments, platform extensions, bridge replacements, M&E/comms, lift installation and disabled access - individual projects varying in value from £500k - £5m. Reporting to a Contracts manager the Site manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project to programme, budge and specification managing a production team of engineers, foreman, M&E supervisors & subcontractors.
Responsible for: successful delivery, planning & programming, Health & safety plan, quality & environmental plan, client liaison, design management, management of subcontractors, management of production team (foreman & engineers), third party liaison (station staff, local authority, public etc)& budgetary control.
The successful candidate will have previous experience delivering Network Rail civil/build projects and have good commercial and planning skills. Ideally will be qualified (Degree/HNC) or would have compensating experience.
