Building refurb principal contractor to Network Work is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on a mixture of refurbishments, building, maintenance refits across Network Rail station and depots.
Projects range from £50k -- £2m working on a mixture of frameworks and competitive tender projects. typical project includes refurbishment of retail outlet in a station.
Successful candidates will be from a building/construction background and will have some Network Rail experience, ideally on station refurbs.
