Cross Rail : Cross Rail Job: Diaphargm Wall / Piling Project Manager London £60 - 70,000 pkg
A Major International Contractor is seeking a Project Manager to work within its pilling and geotechnical sector. Based out of a South East Office and working throughout the south the ideal candidate must be Degree Qualified, be at or approaching Project Manager level, Main contractor experience and Pilling experience is essentail. Principally the workload will include the major Pilling and Diaphragm Wall Construction for the new underground stations for Cross Rail
Responsibilities
* To profitably complete projects in accordance with the clients specifications and to ensure client satisfaction
Plan resources and ensure any shortfalls / over re-sourcing issues are resolved in a timely and cost effective manner
* Coordinate and manage any interface with other parts of the division
* Ensure all personnel within your control including subcontractors work in accordance with the company policies, are trained, competent and aware and in particular work safely
Jointly prepare project Cost Value Reports & Contract Status Reports with commercial staff
Liaison with estimating to provide value engineering expertise, lessons learnt etc to allow the division to submit quality, competitive tenders to our clients
* To deliver project schemes profitably and to time to enhance BBRCE’s reputation and look to further business
* To assist in recognising new client targets and developing an approach to target with Commercial Manager
