Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd was established in Feb 2003 by its two founding Directors Jon Moss and Andy Bourne whom are still both actively managing operations.  Their vision was to set up a specialist management recruitment agency working in a wide range of sectors, which had at its core an ability to work proactively, capable of sourcing candidates whom would be exclusive to Pinnacle Recruitment.  Tailoring our recruitment processes for the individual requirements of our candidates and our clients.

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is a vibrant and dynamic independent recruitment agency and very proud of that fact.  Our approach to business is fiercely entrepreneurial, professional and thorough; keen to take advantage of new opportunities, all of which successfully steered Pinnacle through the recession and in a position to grow and expand in the coming years.  We believe our employees are Pinnacle's strength both now and for the future and believe in properly training and nurturing that talent, we treat each employee as an individual so they can reach their own personal aspirations and we also listen to their opinions and views.

Under pinned by a strong financial base Pinnacle Recruitment has ambitious organic expansion plans over the next 12-18 months and we are constantly on the lookout of talented individuals interested in joining us.
